Our story
Built by people who've done the work
S-Worx was founded in 2020 by three directors who'd spent their careers delivering complex building services for clients across various sectors. Their intention was simple: keep directors on the project from first conversation to handover, and most of what makes M&E painful disappears.
It worked, and it became our purpose: removing complexity and risk from building services through clarity, collaboration and delivery you don't need to chase. We've grown every year since, almost entirely on repeat business, across a number of live environments where there's no margin for error.
How we work
Three things we won't compromise on
Clarity
We commit resources from day one, so design and procurement reflect your requirements in full before anyone arrives on site. Problems get solved on paper, where they're easy to fix, not on site, where they aren't.
Direct access
There are no layers between you and the people running your job. You'll know your directors by name, and you can call them. Decisions get made faster, and jobs run to schedule, without unexpected surprises.
Consistent delivery
Weekly progress reports track programme and cost, so you always know where things stand and what they're costing. We do what we say, and clients come back to us because of it.

Led from the front
James Gray, Gary Thomas and Daniel Mullens bring more than 70 years of industry experience between them, from electrical apprenticeships to board-level roles delivering for the UK's biggest contractors. All three stay involved throughout every project, every week, from the first meeting to handover.
