Farringdon West was developed as a modern workplace destination designed to meet the expectations of contemporary occupiers.

The scheme incorporated multiple workspace environments, shared amenity areas, wellness facilities, external terraces and a fully equipped “Ready to Work” space, each requiring a coordinated approach to building services integration.

S-Worx delivered the electrical services package across the development, supporting both Cat A and Cat B workplace environments through a coordinated installation strategy.

The project included tenant-ready workspace, shared amenity areas and external facilities, with building services designed to support flexibility, operational efficiency and occupier comfort.

Integration with the wider smart building infrastructure helped ensure the building could support evolving workplace requirements both at completion and into the future.

Works included the fit out of the Level 1 “Ready to Work” space, Cat A installations across Levels 2 to 7 and services associated with the Level 4 roof terrace garden room.

The delivery incorporated lighting and lighting controls, structured cabling infrastructure, modular wiring systems and integration with the building’s smart technology platform.

Close coordination between project teams ensured the successful delivery of services across multiple floors while maintaining programme objectives and design intent throughout the development.
