What we deliver
Every stage of the fit-out
We design, install and commission the full MEP package for commercial buildings. Mechanical, electrical and public health, all coordinated in BIM and delivered as one scope, with the same friendly team held accountable at every stage.
Shell and core
The base build services everything else depends on, including plant, risers and primary distribution. We design and install with the floors above in mind, meaning Cat A and Cat B work that follows is on infrastructure that's ready for it.
Cat A
We've delivered Cat A across seven floors at a time, to fast-track 24 week programmes. Lighting, power, ventilation and controls installed and commissioned, so floors are ready when the leasing schedule says they need to be.
Cat B
The fit-out that turns a space into a workplace. Lighting and lighting control, modular wiring, structured cabling, comms rooms, VRF and BMS, coordinated around your design intent and intended operations.
Occupied environments
Keep buildings live whilst we work
A lot of our commercial work happens in occupied buildings, where the job is as much about sequencing, access and noise as it is about the end product. We plan for the constraints up front, working around the people using the building, and keeping it functional whilst we work.

Director-led, start to finish
Your project is run by the directors who own the business. They're in the room from the first conversation, and they stay on the job through to handover.

Design and procurement are settled before we mobilise, so long-lead items are ordered early and the programme doesn't rely on luck.

We've delivered multi-floor fit-outs on three, four and six-month programmes, with a weekly written report on progress and cost throughout. It works, and it's why clients come back to us.
