Gymshark Flagship Store, Regent Street

Gymshark’s first high street store represented a significant milestone for the brand, creating a permanent retail presence within one of London’s most recognised shopping destinations.

The project required the delivery of mechanical services across three floors while supporting the customer experience expected within a flagship retail environment.

Building services needed to integrate seamlessly with the architectural design while providing the comfort, environmental control and operational performance required within a high-footfall retail setting.

S-Worx delivered a complete mechanical services package designed to support both customer experience and day-to-day retail operations.

The solution incorporated air conditioning, ventilation, public health services, intelligent controls and plant infrastructure, creating a comfortable and efficient environment throughout the store.

By coordinating mechanical services with the wider fit out programme, the project team ensured that operational requirements were successfully integrated within the overall retail vision.

Works included the installation of new VRF air conditioning systems, heat recovery ventilation, public health services and intelligent building controls across all three floors.

New welfare facilities, shower areas, plumbing infrastructure and leak detection systems were incorporated throughout the development, alongside the installation of a dedicated basement plant room housing booster pumps and hot water generation equipment.

Close coordination between project teams and stakeholders ensured the successful integration of services within a fast-paced retail fit out programme.
